We are are looking for a DevOps Lead to drive the design, automation, and reliability of our cloud platforms and CI/CD ecosystems. This role combines technical leadership and execution, with ownership of cloud architecture, deployment pipelines, and operational excellence.

You will lead a team of DevOps engineers while actively contributing to building scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure across AWS and Azure. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in platform engineering, automation, and DevSecOps practices, along with the ability to collaborate across engineering, QA, and product teams

What we need

Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms

Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep)

Proven experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines (ADO, Jenkins, Bitbucket)

Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS preferred)

Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices and cloud security

Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python)

Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions

Deep understanding of CI/CD best practices, version control, and branching strategies

Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of automation, ownership, and continuous improvement

Define and drive DevOps and platform engineering best practices across the organization

Collaborate with engineering leadership to align infrastructure strategy with product and business goals

Cloud & Platform Engineering

Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure

Own the architecture of environments (dev, QA, staging, production), ensuring high availability and resilience





Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Bicep

Implement standardized, reusable infrastructure modules and templates

CI/CD & Release Engineering

Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO), Jenkins, and Bitbucket pipelines

Implement advanced deployment strategies such as blue-green, canary releases, and automated rollbacks

Define branching strategies and enforce CI/CD best practices across teams

Enable self-service deployment capabilities for development teams

Containerization & Orchestration

Lead containerization efforts using Docker and Kubernetes

Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters (e.g., Amazon EKS, Azure Kubernetes Service)

Implement scaling, high availability, and efficient resource utilization strategies

Mobile DevOps

Automate mobile application build, testing, code signing, and release pipelines for Android and iOS

Implement CI/CD workflows using tools such as Fastlane

Manage provisioning profiles, certificates, and app store deployment processes

Observability & Reliability

Define and implement observability practices including metrics, logging, and tracing

Establish SLI/SLO frameworks and improve system reliability and performance

Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to reduce MTTR

Security & Compliance (DevSecOps)

Implement secure CI/CD pipelines with integrated vulnerability scanning and compliance checks

Manage secrets and access control using secure mechanisms (e.g., Key Vault, Secrets Manager)

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices (SOC2, ISO, GDPR where applicable)

Cost Optimization (FinOps)

Monitor and optimize cloud costs across environments

Enforce provisioning policies and resource governance

Conduct periodic cost reviews and recommend optimization strategies
