Treebo Hospitality Ventures (THV) is a hotel group operating with a mission of "democratising the joy of travel" . We focus on the affordable segments of the market — economy to mid-market — to cater to the next 100 million travellers who will experience the joy of travel over the next 10 years. We offer these guests a high-quality experience at an affordable price point, with a portfolio of 800+ hotels across 120+ cities . We operate through multiple brands catering to different sub-segments:

● Itsy (₹1000–1500)

● Treebo and Treebo Premium (₹1500–3000)

● Medalio, our newly launched affordable luxury brand (₹3000–6000 per night)

We are also the master franchisee of Accor Hotels in India for their Ibis and Mercure brands, which cater to larger mid-market properties. We are the most loved hotel chain in the affordable segment, with an average rating of 7.8/10 across independent review platforms — and we are just getting started

About the role

THV is looking for a design lead to own our creative identity. This is a category-defining role: we want to dismantle the "cookie-cutter" hospitality model and replace it with a brand that resonates with the pulse of the up-to-date traveler. Roles & Responsibilities

● A Systems-First Problem Solver: You don’t just "make things pretty." You think in scalable systems and execute with precision.



You balance long-term brand equity with the agility to nail fast-paced, ambitious briefs.

● A Multi-Disciplinary Leader: We need more than a brilliant individual contributor. You must be an enabler who inspires a young team, fosters a culture of mutual respect, and pushes every designer to reach their peak potential.

● Stakeholder Fluency: You have the experience and confidence to navigate high-level discussions, holding your own with data, intuition, and professional poise.

● Fluidity Across Media: You are tech-agnostic and media-fluent. Whether it’s print, digital, motion graphics, 3D, or UI/UX , you know enough to lead the experts and ensure a cohesive visual language.

● AI Integration: You don’t use AI as an efficiency tool; you treat it as the "additional team member" that expands what’s creatively possible.

● Legacy Driven: Above all, you possess an unrelenting will to build a body of work that becomes a conversation starter and moves the needle for the business.

What we are looking for

● 6–10 years of experience in Brand Design / Creative Direction / Visual Communication, with at least 2+ years leading teams or mentoring designers

● Experience building and scaling brands in D2C, consumer tech, hospitality, startups, agencies or lifestyle brands

● Proven track record of owning brand systems , not just campaigns

● Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred
