? Industry: Fashion & Lifestyle Retail / Branded Apparel

Key Responsibilities

✔ Drive end-to-end sourcing strategy for the Casual Wear category

✔ Build & strengthen vendor partnerships and sourcing hubs

✔ Lead commercial negotiations, product costing & cost optimization

✔ Ensure production planning, OTIF, quality & timely deliveries

✔ Collaborate with Design, Merchandising & Supply Chain teams to drive category growth

✔ Lead and mentor a high-performing sourcing team
