Roles & Responsibilities: Role Summary:The Data Migration Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end data migration activities including strategy, planning,



and execution of financial transactional data migration during SAP S/4HANA transformations & rollouts and must ensure accurate, timely, compliant, and audit-ready migration of critical financial data including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Controlling data from legacy systems into SAP, aligning with business requirements and project timelines.
Program & Delivery Management:• Lead end-to-end SAP data migration strategy, planning and execution• Develop comprehensive data migration plans aligned with the overall program roadmap• Delivery ownership of data migration workstreams across all phases (Plan, Design, Build, Test and Deploy)• Ability to effectively manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets• Ability to plan and allocate data migration resources across multiple concurrent country rollouts• Coordinate effectively with program leadership, PMO, and stakeholde
