TEAM DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people adapt to
change and adopt new ways of working. In this role, you will play a key part in
driving organizational change initiatives related to AI tools, automation, and
ServiceNow (SNOW) workflows. You will use data and employee feedback to
understand adoption trends, identify barriers to change, and develop strategies
that help teams successfully transition to current processes and technologies.





This role is ideal for someone with a Business Analyst or Change Management
mindset who enjoys working at the intersection of people, process, and
technology. You will help ensure that new solutions are not only implemented but
embraced and effectively used across the organization.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Change Initiatives: Partner with different teams to plan and execute
change management activities that drive successful adoption of new technologies,
processes, and ways of working.

Analyze Business Processes: Assess current workflows and identify opportunities
to improve efficiency through AI, automation, and process optimization.

Measure Adoption and Engagement: Develop and analyze adoption metrics,
dashboards, and reports to understand user engagement and identify areas
requiring additional support.
