Requirements:
Responsible for developing and guiding Client’s Talent and Performance solutions within the HCM module, leading design of performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals.
Talent & Performance Certification is mandatory.
Learning certification is an advantage.
At least 4-8 years of experience in implementing and maintaining Workday Talent and Performance systems.
Robust Knowledge and hands on experience of Employee Review Process ,Calibration Process, Goal management, Succession planning concepts.
