Job Overview:
LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Professional, Data Product Owner (DPO) to own and manage individual Wealth Management (WM) data products while driving adoption of AI-powere3d solutions across the data ecosystem.
This role combines traditional Data Product Ownership responsibilities with hands-on leadership in AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI initiatives. The Associate will identify automation opportunities, defines AI-enabled data products, develops AI Agents, and ensure production-ready deployment aligned with governance, security,



and business objectives.
Responsibilities
AI Strategy and Innovation
Identify and prioritize AI-driven automation opportunities across the data ecosystem.
Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows (data quality, lineage, governance, pipelines).
Define agent workflows, tool integrations (APIs, SQL, metadata systems), and execution logic.
Implement reliability patterns including guardrails, monitoring, and error handling.
Partner with engineering teams to productionize and scale agent-based solutions.
Technical Partnership
Work closely with Data Custodians and Engineering teams.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and AI-driven solutions.
Review data models, schemas, transformations, and lineage.
Support implementation of AI, metadata, and data catalog solutions.
