The Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven ENA Sales Manager to lead sales, commercial operations, and excise coordination for our distillery. The role involves driving ENA sales, managing key accounts, ensuring smooth dispatch execution, and maintaining full compliance with excise regulations.

The position will report directly to the Management and will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, optimizing realizations, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, plant operations, and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive ENA sales across markets including IMFL, pharma, and industrial buyers
Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve volume and revenue targets
Manage key customer relationships and long-term supply agreements
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and commercial contracts
Plan and coordinate dispatches in line with production and customer requirements




Ensure timely execution of orders, invoicing, and logistics coordination
Handle complete excise operations and compliance
Manage permits, passes, and documentation for dispatches
Ensure compliance with state excise laws and inter-state movement regulations
Coordinate with excise officials and maintain proper records and reporting
Monitor market trends, pricing, and demand to optimize sales strategy
Track and improve key metrics like sales volume, realization, and collections
Work closely with plant, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations
Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and compliance status

Qualifications

Must have

Graduate / MBA (Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred)
15+ years experience in ENA / alcohol industry
Strong hands-on experience in ENA sales and excise handling
