Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Procurement Leadership
Spearhead centralized procurement for key civil packages — Steel, Cement, RMC, Aluminium Formwork, tiles, CP/sanitary fittings, MEP items, marble, waterproofing etc.
Define long-term category strategies aligned with business goals to ensure efficiency, standardization, and value creation.

Market Intelligence & Benchmarking




Develop a robust market intelligence mechanism to track commodity trends, vendor performance, pricing indices, and geopolitical impacts.
Conduct benchmarking and rate analysis across geographies and competitors to identify optimization opportunities.
Stay abreast of inflationary trends, commodity cycles, and logistics costs impacting procurement.

Procurement Analytics & Cost Control
Drive data-backed procurement decisions using spend analytics, rate variance reports, and budgetary controls.
Evaluate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and develop cost models for key materials.
Lead initiatives around price hedging strategies (especially for steel, cement) to manage volatility.

Vendor Management & Rate Finalization
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with national-level vendors/suppliers and negotiate annual rate contracts or MoUs.
Ensure multi-vendor mapping, vendor evaluation, pre-qualification, and periodic performa
