The ideal candidate with strong experience in leading end-to-end RFQ/RFP and quotation management across Aerospace, Metals, PCBA, Cable, and EMI verticals. Proven expertise in costing, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering competitive proposals that drive business growth.

Responsibilities
Lead the quotation function across Aerospace, Metals, PCBA, Cable, and Elector Mechanical Integration verticals, managing the end-to-end RFQ/RFP process and leading the quotations team.
Review customer RFQs, analyze 2D/3D drawings, specifications, and feasibility to develop accurate and competitive quotations.
Prepare BOMs, compile raw material and standard part requirements, coordinate supplier/internal costing, and validate quotations.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with NPI, Business Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure timely RFQ submissions.
Maintain the RFQ register, monitor quotation progress, and ensure compliance with customer timelines and quality requirements.
Interface with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the RFQ lifecycle,



from opportunity identification to bid submission and business conversion.
Analyze supplier quotations, market trends, and pricing strategies to optimize cost competitiveness and win rates.
Support business growth by converting customer engagements into RFQs and successful business opportunities while ensuring continuous process improvement in quotation management.

Qualifications
Candidates with 5 to 20 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or commercial quotation management
Solid knowledge of Sheet Metal, Machining, PCBA, Cable Assemblies, and EMI products and manufacturing processes.
Good understanding of special processes, surface finishes, materials, and industry quality standards.
Experience in cost estimation, BOM analysis, supplier management, and RFQ/RFP handling across multiple commodities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
