Job Title: Assistant General Manager - Communications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Assistant General Manager of Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and leading the long-term Marketing communication & PR strategy, reputation, and governance aligned with our business growth, brand ambition, and luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the final authority on external communications, narratives, tone of voice, and brand representation.
- Own crisis communication strategy, protocols, and real-time response in high-sensitivity situations.
- Counsel senior leadership on media risk, positioning, and public perception.
- Maintain and leverage deep, senior-level relationships with key media contacts across various sectors.
- Secure high-impact coverage across top-tier platforms both locally and globally.
- Build and execute a robust thought leadership charter for our leadership team and brand architects.




- Oversee the curation of high-value tastemaker relationships and guide influencer and ambassador strategy.
- Lead Marketing communication & PR strategy for iconic launches, collaborations, and brand experiences.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing in-house PR team and lead multiple PR agencies with clear KPIs and accountability.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing communication & PR, with a focus on luxury brands.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of successful media relations and crisis communication management.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and measuring impact and ROI.
