Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Software Tester with robust expertise in international payments and SWIFT messaging. The ideal candidate will lead testing activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor QA engineers, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end manual and functional testing of international payment applications.
Validate SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX messages and end-to-end payment workflows, including cross-border payments, remittances, settlements, and reconciliation.




Review business requirements and prepare test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases.
Execute and lead SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and Production Validation testing.
Ensure requirement traceability, test coverage, and compliance with SWIFT and ISO 20022 standards.
Manage defects using JIRA, HP ALM/QC, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Operations teams to resolve issues and support successful releases.
Mentor junior QA engineers and drive continuous improvements in testing processes and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
7–15 years of software testing experience in Banking or Financial Services.
Strong expertise in SWIFT Payments, MT/MX message formats, and international payment processing.
Good understanding of cross-border payments, correspondent banking, settlement lifecycle, reconciliation, payment investigations, and compliance validation.
