Role Summary: As a Salesforce Sales &Service; Cloud Functional Expert with 3-5 years of hands-on

experience, you will own the functional design and configuration of Salesforce CRM solutions that

streamline the lead-to-cash and case-to-resolution journeys. You will partner with business

stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions

across Sales and Service Cloud, drive user adoption, and act as the bridge between business teams

and technical developers. This role demands deep functional knowledge of Salesforce declarative





capabilities, CRM process design, and the ability to configure the platform to meet evolving business

needs while ensuring data integrity and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud,

translating them into functional specifications and scalable Salesforce solutions.

Configure Sales Cloud capabilities including leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, price

books, products, forecasting, and sales processes.

Configure Service Cloud capabilities including case management, queues, assignment and

escalation rules, entitlements, milestones, Omni-Channel routing, and Lightning Knowledge.

Design and build declarative automation using Flows, validation rules, approval processes,

and assignment rules to optimize business processes.
