Job Purpose
Regional Sales Manager – Home Loan and Suvidha LAP, Direct is responsible for driving acquisition and growth of the Home Loan/Suvidha portfolio across assigned geographies. This role focuses on leveraging internal channels, cross-sell opportunities, and relationship management to meet business targets. The position involves leading a high-performing sales team, ensuring compliance, and delivering superior customer experience while contributing to the bank’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Business Acquisition
Generate Home Loan leads and drive disbursements through the bank’s existing customer base across branches.
Collaborate with branch banking, relationship managers, and internal teams to identify and convert potential customers.
Ensure lead conversion and disbursement as per defined productivity norms.
Team Management & Training
Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers and Territory Managers.




Train and motivate team members and branch staff on product features, sales processes, and customer handling.
Relationship Management
Build robust relationships with branch heads and cross-functional teams to facilitate lead generation and business closures.
Act as the single point of contact for Home Loan requirements of existing customers in the region.
Process & Compliance
Ensure adherence to bank policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to expedite approvals and documentation.
Reporting & MIS
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly business performance metrics.
Share market feedback and insights with senior management for strategy refinement.
Secondary Responsibilities
Maintain strong knowledge of Home Loan/Suvidha products, lending norms, and documentation.
Identify and convert sales opportunities from existing customer relationship
