We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Soft Services to support the management of housekeeping, hygiene, vendor operations, and service quality across the mall premises. The role will focus on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace for shoppers, tenants, and visitors while ensuring adherence to service standards and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Soft Services & Housekeeping Operations
Assist in supervising daily housekeeping and soft service operations across the mall.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of common areas, washrooms, food courts, parking zones, and back-of-house facilities.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain prescribed service standards.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Coordinate with housekeeping, pest control, and other service vendors.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
Track attendance, manpower deployment, and service delivery effectiveness.
Quality & Compliance Monitoring
Conduct routine audits and inspections to ensure operational compliance.
Support implementation of SOPs, safety practices, and housekeeping standards.
Ensure adherence to waste management and hygiene protocols.
Customer & Tenant Support
Address cleanliness-related concerns raised by tenants and customers.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely complaint resolution.
Contribute to enhancing tenant and customer satisfaction through proactive service management.
Inventory & Resource Management
Monitor consumption of housekeeping materials, chemicals, and consumables.
Maintain stock records and support inventory control processes.
Assist in budget monitoring and cost optimization initiatives.
Event & Operational Support
Support mall events and promotional activities by coordinating housekeeping and support services.
Ensure adequate manpower and cleanliness arrangements during special events and peak footfall periods.
