Position: Security & Parking Manager

Reporting To: Mall Operations Head / General Manager

CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

Experience Required: 8–10 Years (Mandatory)

Industry Preference: Shopping Malls, Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail, Multiplex, Large Commercial Complexes

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security & Parking Manager to oversee the overall security operations and parking management of Jaipur Pacific Mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and customer-friendly setting while managing security personnel, parking operations, emergency preparedness, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Security Management

Lead and manage all security operations for the mall premises.
Supervise deployment and performance of security staff and agency personnel.
Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans.
Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and access control mechanisms.
Conduct regular security audits,



risk assessments, and vulnerability checks.
Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services whenever required.
Ensure compliance with all statutory safety and security regulations.

Parking Operations

Oversee daily parking operations, ensuring smooth vehicle movement and customer convenience.
Manage parking vendors, attendants, and cash collection processes (if applicable).
Monitor parking occupancy and optimize vehicle flow during peak hours and special events.
Handle customer complaints related to parking and ensure prompt resolution.
Ensure proper maintenance of parking equipment, boom barriers, ticketing systems, and signage.

Team Management

Manage security supervisors, guards, parking supervisors, and parking attendants.
Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower planning.
