BRIEF -

We are looking for an execution-focused marketing qualified who understands how on-ground experiences and digital platforms work together to drive footfall, visibility, and consumer engagement.

As Manager Activations & Digital Marketing, you will lead mall activations, influencer collaborations, and digital amplification initiatives for an upcoming premium mall in Jaipur. While this is not a hands-on social media management role, the candidate must have a strong understanding of how platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and influencer ecosystems function, and how digital visibility can support mall marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable managing large-scale mall activations, coordinating with influencers and vendors, and collaborating with the in-house digital team to amplify campaigns effectively.





Key Responsibilities

Activations & Events

Plan And Execute The Mall's Annual Activation Calendar Including

Festive campaigns
Seasonal events
Brand activations
Retailer-led experiences
Consumer engagement activities
Entertainment and footfall-driving programmes
Coordinate with internal teams, brands, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of all on-ground activations.
Manage event agencies, production vendors, fabrication partners, photographers, videographers, and entertainment partners.
Ensure all activations are designed with strong digital amplification opportunities.

Digital Coordination

Work closely with the in-house digital and creative team to ensure campaigns are platform-relevant and culturally engaging.
Provide strategic inputs for:
o Social media campaigns
o Reels and short-form video concepts
o Influencer collaborations
o Event amplification
o Digital-first campaign ideas
