Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Engagement Interact with customers and explain the features and benefits of the Pacific Mall App. Encourage and assist customers in downloading and registering on the loyalty application. Resolve basic customer queries related to loyalty programs, rewards, and offers. Conduct customer outreach and engagement activities to improve participation. Loyalty Program Operations Ensure successful app downloads and customer registrations. Support execution of loyalty campaigns and promotional activities. Educate customers regarding ongoing offers, rewards, and redemption processes. Voucher Management Issue vouchers to eligible customers as per company guidelines. Maintain accurate records of voucher issuance and redemption. Coordinate with retailers regarding voucher acceptance and usage. Data Management & Reporting Maintain customer databases and CRM records. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel. Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting of customer engagement activities.



Retailer Coordination Conduct regular retailer visits and maintain robust working relationships. Coordinate with retailers for loyalty program implementation and promotional campaigns. Gather feedback from retailers and customers to improve service quality. Customer Acquisition Activities Conduct customer calling for campaigns, promotions, and call-to-action (CTA) initiatives. Support lead generation and customer database expansion activities. Assist in increasing customer retention and engagement levels. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of app downloads and customer registrations. Customer engagement and loyalty program participation. Accuracy of CRM and reporting data. Voucher issuance and management efficiency. Retailer coordination effectiveness. Achievement of customer acquisition and retention targets.
