Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance market presence
Lead the negotiation and finalization of business contracts and agreements
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and market needs
Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
Prepare and present business development reports to senior management
Stay updated on industry developments and regulations to drive innovation and compliance

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

Bachelor / Master’s degree in business administration along with Engineering graduation.

Experience

Around 5-8 years of expertise in the Infrastructure Industry (Ports / Airports / Road / Power / Ropeways)
