Job Overview
The Expeditor / Procurement Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely procurement, expediting, and delivery of materials, equipment, and services for water and wastewater treatment projects. The role works closely with engineering, project management, vendors,



and logistics teams to ensure all procurement activities align with project schedules, technical specifications, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities :
Procurement & Sourcing
Execute procurement activities in line with project requirements, specifications, and budgets
Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs to qualified vendors
Conduct commercial and technical bid evaluations
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, Incoterms, and payment milestones
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) aligned with contract terms

Expediting & Vendor Management
Track and expedite supplier deliverables to meet project timelines
Maintain expediting reports and material tracking systems
Follow up with vendors on production, documentation, and shipment readiness
Identify delays and implement corrective actions
Coordinate inspections and FAT readiness
Work with suppliers on Revenue Recognition

Project Coordination
Interface with Project Managers, Engineers, QA/QC, and Lo
