EY- GDS Consulting – Enterprise Risk (ER) – Risk Transformation – Manager / Senior Consultant
As part of our Risk Transformation team, you will support clients in transforming their risk functions by aligning risk strategies with business objectives, leveraging technology, and enabling scalable governance frameworks.
You will work closely with global teams and client stakeholders to deliver risk transformation engagements across industries. The role requires solid consulting, stakeholder management and execution capabilities across risk domains and emerging risk technologies.

The opportunity
We’re looking for Managers / Senior Consultants with experience in Risk Transformation, risk advisory and client delivery to join our growing Risk Consulting practice. This role offers the opportunity to:





Work on large-scale risk transformation programs for global clients
Support development of innovative risk solutions integrating business and technology
Gain exposure to cutting-edge risk and digital transformation solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
Build expertise across risk domains, technology and consulting delivery

Your key responsibilities

Client engagement and delivery

Lead and support delivery of risk transformation engagements across domains such as Internal Audit, Internal Controls (SOX / IFC), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
Work with client stakeholders and EY regional teams to understand business challenges and support transformation initiatives
Manage workstreams and deliverables with focus on quality, timelines and business outcomes
Build effective working relationships with clients and internal teams

Business development and growth

Support proposals, RFPs, PO
