Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
Engage in regular prospecting and lead-generation activities to build a solid pipeline.
Understand customer needs and align warehousing solutions to meet those needs effectively.
Generate and qualify new leads, build relationships, and close deals for warehousing services.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close sales and secure long-term partnerships.
Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery post-sale.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Analyze client needs, challenges, and opportunities to position warehousing services competitively.




Monitor industry changes and proactively suggest improvements or recent services to clients.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing concerns promptly.
Act as the main point of contact for existing customers, ensuring their warehousing requirements are met efficiently.
Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions and service implementation for new clients.
Coordinate with finance and legal teams to finalize contracts, payment terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development progress in CRM systems.
Report on key performance metrics, sales goals, and progress to the senior management team.
