Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Drafting petitions, replies, and pleadings
Researching case laws, propositions of law
Updating the knowledge bank with the latest case laws
Working on the preparation of notes on the ongoing matters
Assisting in the conduct of cases
About Company: We are an established litigation office in Chandigarh and provide litigation and dispute resolution services for various matters ranging from criminal, constitutional, and civil matters at the High Court of Punjab and Haryana as well as various judicial forums of the subordinate judiciary in the states of Punjab and Haryana. We also cater to various quasi-judicial forums such as ITAT, CAT, DRT, RERA, and AFT located in Chandigarh.
