About The Role
We are seeking a Site Startup EUCTR II Specialist to join our team in a IN OFFICE capacity. As a Site Startup EUCTR II Specialist, you will support the planning and execution of complex European Union Clinical Trials Register (EUCTR)
submissions for large-scale Phase II and III clinical trials across multiple countries and sites. This position plays a key role in regulatory compliance, clinical trial application management, and ensuring seamless study startup across Member States. You'll collaborate with Clinical Trial Management, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Transparency teams to execute strategic study milestones and maintain regulatory alignment. Responsibilities include managing CTIS database submissions, coordinating multi-country regulatory documentation, and overseeing study startup activities from planning through enrollment initiation. With diverse teams and continuous learning opportunities, this role offers the chance to expand your expertise in European regulatory processes and influence the successful launch of critical clinical research programs.
