5Key Responsibilities

Own the brand and drive overall business performance and P&L.;
Lead the complete product launch lifecycle — from consumer insights and trendspotting to conceptualization, pricing, packaging, communication, and go-to-market strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, R&D;, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure successful launches and sustained growth.
Partner with online and offline channel teams to curate the product portfolio and drive category performance across platforms.

Requirements

MBA from a reputed B-school with 5+ years of post-MBA work experience.
Experience with consumer brands known for innovation, strong NPD (New Product Development) capabilities, and rapid growth.
Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or related consumer categories preferred.
Proven track record of leading current product launches and scaling product lines.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a passion for consumer trends and brand building.
