About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Client Partner to manage client relationships and drive recruitment delivery for our US IT Staffing business. The ideal candidate should have experience handling C2C requirements, coordinating with implementation partners and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates across multiple technology domains.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, implementation partners, and key stakeholders.
Understand client hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely communication and quality delivery.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and identify new hiring opportunities.

Recruitment & Delivery




Manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract (C2C), W2, and Full-Time IT positions.
Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates across technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other emerging technologies.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate rates, and manage offer closures.
Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle until onboarding.

Business Development & Account Management
Develop and expand relationships with existing clients and implementation partners.
Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Work closely with recruiters to prioritize high-value requirements and improve closure ratios.

Reporting & Operations
Maintain accurate records of requirements, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
