The Senior Automotive Retoucher is responsible for producing highquality, photorealistic automotive imagery for USbased clients and brands. This role requires deep expertise in automotive retouching, robust technical execution, and close collaboration with US creative, production, and postproduction teams. The Senior Automotive Retoucher plays a key role in maintaining visual excellence, brand consistency, and production efficiency across digital and print deliverables. In addition to handson retouching, this role supports quality control, workflow optimization, and mentorship of midlevel retouchers.
Key Responsibilities:
Automotive Retouching & Production
Execute highend automotive retouching for photography and CGIbased imagery.
Preserve realism and accuracy in vehicle surfaces, paint, reflections, lighting, materials, shadows, and highlights.
Perform advanced compositing, masking, cleanup, and enhancement of automotive exteriors and interiors.
Ability to execute highquality general retouching beyond automotive, including lifestyle, product, and environmental imagery,



supporting additional categories as business needs require.
Ensure visual consistency across multiple angles, trims, markets, and asset versions.
Prepare and deliver final assets for print, digital, web, social, and ecommerce platforms.
Quality Control
Conduct detailed quality checks to ensure assets meet US client standards and brand guidelines.
Ensure correct color, contrast, detail, and file structure across deliverables.
Maintain clean and organized Photoshop files following production best practices.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with CGI artists, designers, producers, and creative leads.
Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining high craft standards.
Communicate clearly with USbased teams regarding timelines, expectations, and revisions.
Leadership & Support
Mentor and support midlevel retouchers through feedback and bestpractice guidance.
