As our Customer Support Associate - Project Based , you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences, providing clear instructions, answering questions, and resolving issues with care.
Your Focus
Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat
Provide explicit, effective guidance and solutions to customer inquiries
Resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
Navigate multiple systems and tools with confidence and accuracy
Qualifications
To join our team,
you need the following:
Legal working age with a high school or senior high diploma
Strong communication and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM)
Basic computer navigation skills
A growth mindset and a proactive attitude
Willingness to work onsite and on shifting schedules
No prior contact center experience required—just the drive to learn and succeed
