Senior Engineer

The Architecture and Technology Group (ATG) at Arm is responsible for defining and developing the advanced technologies that shape the future of Arm’s architecture roadmap. As part of ATG, we specialize in delivering world-class secure CPU and system architectures, along with the supporting technologies that empower Arm’s ecosystem to build innovative and competitive products.

Within ATG, the Architecture Modelling Team develops, maintains, and evolves Arm's architecture pseudocode and executable models, ensuring faithful implementation of architectural specifications and enabling high-quality Arm architecture across profiles(A-, R-, and M-Profile).

As a Senior Engineer, you will act as a technical leader working closely with experts across technology groups at Arm, and with our partners. You will play a key role in contributing to the definition, advancement, and validation of next-generation computing systems.



You will work on long-lived projects with significant impact across the company and the wider community that relies on our products.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the development, validation, and evolution of architectural models.
Expanding the modelling capabilities to support selection of different architectural choices.
Owning and evolving tool flows that consume architectural data, ensuring correctness, scalability, and usability.
Influence across teams and provide technical direction within the team, provide architectural guidance, and support the growth of other engineers through mentoring and review.

Required Skills And Experience

Professionals with strong experience in computer architecture or systems engineering and a relevant degree or equivalent experience
Deep understanding of computer architecture concepts
Robust scripting skills in Python, and solid systems programming experience in C, C++, or Rust used in professional env
