Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and Quick API.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.

- Ensure high-quality code by writing unit tests, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and following best practices for coding standards.

- Provide technical leadership to junior team members on architecture design, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements :

- 10-20 years of experience in software development with expertise in Backend Development using Python.

- Strong understanding of design patterns (e.g., Microservices) and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL).

- Experience with version control tools like Git and familiarity with CI/CD processes.

- Proven track record as a Technical Lead or similar role.
