How will you make an impact in this role?

We are looking for a Lead Software Development Engineer (Node.js) who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance backend systems and driving technical excellence. In this role, you will lead the design and development of distributed applications, define system architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable, secure, and scalable products.

You will play a key role in architectural decisions, engineering best practices, and delivering high-quality software that powers mission-critical financial products.

What You'll Be Doing :

1. You will lead the design, architecture, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications that solve complex business problems.
2. You will drive end-to-end system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making for backend platforms and distributed systems.





3.You will design scalable, resilient, and secure microservices-based applications using Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and up-to-date backend technologies.
1. You will define High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD), ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with engineering best practices.
2. You will build and optimize RESTful APIs, serverless applications, and event-driven architectures to support high-volume transactions.

What We're Looking For : 1.Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js.

2.Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and backend application development.

3.Strong expertise in System Design, Software Architecture, and designing scalable distributed systems.

4.Experience designing and developing Microservices and Event-Driven Architectures.

5.Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, concurrency, and scalable backend systems.

6.Experience building high-performance REST APIs and serverless applications.

7.Strong proficiency working with Relational Databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL Databases (MongoDB/DynamoDB/Redis).

8.Strong understanding of API security, authentication, authorization (JWT/OAuth), and secure coding practices.

9.Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, including services like EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, SQS, or SNS.

1. Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives.
