· Minimum 5 years of experience and exposure in Business Partnering (HRBP) role

· Played vital HRBP role with a leading organization in the areas of Employee Engagement, Attrition Management, Performance Management,

· Excellent communication skills, Eye to detail, confident, results focused, team-oriented with a qualified approach to HR.

· Professional and pragmatic approach to all staffing matters/issues by being objective, fair and transparent.

· Overall knowledge of the Business Process Local compliance requirements and knowledge of local functional related statutes

· Awareness of Compliance to ISO requirements in regard to data privacy, quality and processes and security management system compliances

· Creative, lateral and innovative thinker willing to explore ideas to make a positive impact on the organizational climate.





· Support Manager to drive strategic HR initiatives to create an enabling and vibrant work environment.

· Take ownership to sustain the initiatives and promote HR initiatives by creative ways within the organization.

· Working closely with Manger to identify training needs across verticals through various sources. Scouting and assessing Training Consultants.

· Maintaining database of training consultants. Co-ordination with the training consultants and internal stakeholders.

· Take part in implementing effective Performance Management System.

Support Manager in driving processes to develop and retain high performing human resources through various R&R; initiatives and employee mentoring programs.
