- Proven track record in Architectural Design and Execution.
- Expertise in Architectural Principles, Construction Methodologies, and Building Codes.
- Good understanding of Interior Design and coordination with interior design teams.
- Experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting, and Project Management.
- Robust Client Interaction and Stakeholder Management skills.
- Hands-on expertise in AutoCAD and other architectural design tools.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
