Lead Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer – Remote

We are looking for an experienced Lead Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale AEM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL, and Dispatcher, along with experience leading technical teams and delivering client-facing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain AEM components, Sling Models, Servlets, and OSGi services.
- Design and implement solutions using AEM as a Cloud Service and Adobe Cloud Manager.
- Configure and optimize Dispatcher, caching, and platform performance.
- Integrate AEM with enterprise applications using REST APIs and Adobe Experience Cloud products.




- Lead technical design, code reviews, and mentor development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on AEM development experience.
- Strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEMaaCS, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), JCR, and Java.
- Experience with Adobe Cloud Manager, CI/CD, Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
- Robust knowledge of AEM Dispatcher and caching strategies.
- Experience integrating AEM with enterprise systems (REST APIs, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, etc.).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
