Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance

- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work

- Manage garden equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring they are well- maintained and properly used by the maintenance team.

- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment for staff and visitors. Identify and address potential hazards.

- Having excellent knowledge about plants & fertilizers.

- Ability to Handle multiple teams

- Supervise and guide a team of gardeners and maintenance staff, assigning tasks, providing training, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Monitor and address the health of plants, trees, and shrubs by diagnosing and treating diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.





- Plan and implement seasonal tasks, such as planting, mulching, leaf removal, and snow removal, to keep the garden well-maintained throughout the year.

Candidate must Have:-

- 03 - 05 years of Experience in maintenance work and an eye for detail

- Knowledge and interest in plants and trees

- Driving License would be an advantage

- Knowledge of Computer

- Preferred
- Graduation not required candidate who word on Ground with the complete knowledge of Maintenance & Plants

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
