Roles and Responsibilities

Business Development

 Identifying and understanding leads and prospects for leasing of Vehicles, Equipment’s.

 Competitor analysis and formulation of strategies to penetrate into the market.

 Improving awareness of the product and services among customers and prospects in the market.

 Enhance current products based on market dynamics and competitor strategies based on company policies.

 Ensure compliance with regulators, legal guidelines and also follow-up on their updates.

Customer Acquisition

 Market research and analysis to identify prospective customers.

 Interacting and negotiating deals with corporates/relevant stake holders

Customer relationship and retention

 Coordinating with customers, ensuring complete satisfaction and maximum utilisation of the product services rendered to customers.





 Responding to customer queries, grievances and providing timely information and redressal

 Understand the customer needs and provide Sundaram experience to m.

Realizing Objectives

 Forecasting sales and setting sales targets.

 Achieving targets on sales.

Skills Required

 Valuable communication skills and presentation skills.

 Marketing and negotiating skills.

 Corporate Sales Experience of 0-3 yrs.

 Knowledge about leasing and latest trends and enhancement to the products in the market and ability adapt to changes.

 Knowledge about legal and regulatory compliances

 Organizing, leading and decision making skills.

 Forecasting and business analysis.

 Logical reasoning and able to perform in enterprising roles

 Risk analysis and management.

Education Requirements: Graduate / Post Graduate with an aggregate of at least 60% (with no arrears) /

Professional Qualification.
