About this Position: To support the product development process by conducting product trials, preparing prototypes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely development of products that meet quality, performance, and customer requirements. The role involves assisting in testing, documentation and process optimization to facilitate successful product commercialization. What You'll Do:

Conduct chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using standard laboratory methods.

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC-TD-MS, DSC, GPC, TGA, Rheometer, TMA, DMA, KF, UV, and FTIR.

Perform wet chemistry testing and titrations as required.

Prepare reagents, standards, and samples as per SOPs and approved test methods.

Record test results accurately in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems.

Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), laboratory safety rules, and company quality standards.

Assist with instrument calibration and preventive maintenance.

Support troubleshooting of analytical methods and method validation activities.





Maintain proper stock of chemicals, consumables, and other laboratory materials.

Work closely with product development, quality, production, and other teams.

Follow safety, health, environmental, PPE, and 5S requirements while working in the laboratory.

Maintain proper documentation and support ISO, customer, and other audits.

Support product trials, testing, and documentation during the product development process. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in an analytical laboratory.

Experience in an adhesives laboratory will be an advantage.

Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC-MS, GPC, TMA, DMA, DSC, FTIR, etc.

Good knowledge of GC-MS data interpretation and wet chemistry will be preferred.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and practices.
