- Ensuring timely initiation and proper compliance of statutory requirements under various labor laws.
- Displaying the specified statutory notices in accordance with labor laws & updates them, as & when required.

Monitoring
Labor laws compliance for projects on a regular basis.
- Develop and recommend appropriate strategies for handling labor disputes, disciplinary matters, and union negotiations, in consultation with management and legal counsel where required
- Support and advice the company on legal issues on Labor law matter, industrial matter and welfare matters.
- Coordinate with government authorities, labor departments, and external legalcounsel when required.
- Maintain 100% compliance with applicable statutory requirements and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.
- Conduct audits at projects site at least once in quarter at each project. Check documents thoroughly to identify non-compliance, risks and highlight the same to management.
