JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced L3 Intune JAMF Administrator to manage and support enterprise Apple endpoint environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, automation, and optimization of Apple device management using Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager. This role will serve as the technical escalation point for complex endpoint management issues, ensuring security, compliance, and seamless device lifecycle management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide Level 3 support for Apple device management incidents, service requests, and technical escalations.

- Administer and maintain Jamf Pro, including device enrollment, software deployment, patch management, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and policy enforcement.

- Manage Apple device provisioning and lifecycle through Apple Business Manager.

- Configure and support Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager for endpoint management, compliance, and security.

- Design and implement endpoint management solutions and automation using Bash/Shell scripting.

- Collaborate with customer L3 teams on Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.

- Develop and improve endpoint patching, security baselines, and compliance processes.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.

- Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and user experience, recommending continuous improvements.

- Support endpoint migration, deployment, and modernization projects.

- Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance where required.

- Conduct end-user and IT administrator training sessions when needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- 6+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint management.

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Jamf Pro administration.

- Robust experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.

- Experience managing large-scale Apple enterprise environments.

- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and automation skills.
