Job Title: L2 Application Support Engineer – Banking Domain
Experience: 1+ Years
We are looking for an experienced L2 Application Support Engineer with a strong background in the Banking domain. The candidate will be responsible for providing Level 2 production support, incident management, issue analysis, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of banking applications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 production/application support for banking applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management.
Monitor application health and system performance.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate with L3/Development teams.
Support deployments, releases, and maintenance activities.
Work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support when required.
Mandatory Skills
1+ years of L2 Application Support / Production Support experience.
Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands.
Experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
Knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
Experience with Postman and/or Swagger for API testing and validation.
Experience with Incident Management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.).
Experience with log analysis and application monitoring.
Valuable understanding of ITIL processes.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
