We're looking for a Kitchen Lead (CDP level) who can take ownership of day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure every order meets our quality standards.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 5–7 years of kitchen experience who wants to grow with a young and ambitious restaurant brand.
Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen during service.
- Ensure food is prepared according to our SOPs and recipes.
- Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation.
- Supervise and guide the kitchen team.
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed.
- Manage prep, stock rotation and wastage.
- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Help train recent kitchen staff.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
- CDP or similar experience preferred.
- Experience in QSR, cafés or casual dining is an advantage.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work calmly during busy service.
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Willingness to learn and follow established systems.
