Job Title: Kitchen Manager

About the Role The Poke Co. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cloud kitchen. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth kitchen operations, manage staff efficiently, coordinate with vendors, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end cloud kitchen operations to ensure seamless daily functioning.
- Supervise and lead kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and team discipline.
- Handle vendor management, including procurement, order planning, inventory coordination, and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize wastage while ensuring timely replenishment of stock.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order preparation and dispatch.




- Optimize kitchen workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate maintenance whenever required.
- Maintain operational records, stock reports, and daily kitchen performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory regulations.

- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience managing operations in a cloud kitchen, QSR, restaurant, or food service business.
- Robust knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
- Proven experience in staff management and team leadership.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple operational responsibilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
