Job Summary The Keyboard Facilitator is responsible for teaching keyboard skills and music fundamentals to students across different grade levels. Key Responsibilities Teaching & Learning

- Teach keyboard techniques to students of various age groups and skill levels.
- Develop structured lesson plans for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Teach basic to advanced keyboard skills including scales, chords, finger exercises, and melody playing.
- Introduce students to basic music theory, rhythm, and notation reading.
- Train students in hand coordination, posture, and timing.

Student Development

- Prepare students for school performances, concerts, and competitions.
- Train students for individual and group performances such as school bands or ensembles.
- Provide individual feedback to improve musical performance.
- Encourage regular practice and performance readiness.

Curriculum & Planning

- Design age-appropriate keyboard learning modules.
- Select suitable musical pieces based on students' skill levels.
