Job Description – Branding Outdoor Marketing Executive

Role Summary

The Senior Manager – Branding amp; Outdoor Marketing will be responsible for strengthening

the company #39;s brand presence across all projects through planning and execution of outdoor

advertising, branding initiatives, project launches, and on-ground marketing activities. The

role requires close coordination with sales, agencies, vendors, and project teams to ensure

maximum brand visibility and return on marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

Develop and execute annual branding strategies.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all projects and marketing channels.
Monitor brand perception and recommend improvements.
Maintain branding guidelines across all communication.

Outdoor Marketing

execute outdoor campaigns including hoardings, gantries, bus shelters, kiosks, pole

branding, metro branding, airport branding, and transit media etc.





Identify high-impact advertising locations based on customer movement and target

audience.

Negotiate with media agencies for optimum pricing and visibility.
Track campaign effectiveness and optimize media planning.

Project Branding

execute branding concepts for recent project launches.
Manage site branding including entrance gates, sales offices, sample flats, directional

signage, fencing, and illumination.

Coordinate with architects, designers, and execution agencies.

Vendor amp; Agency Management

Appoint and manage creative agencies, printers, fabricators, outdoor media vendors, and

event partners.

Ensure quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations.

Campaign Execution

Execute launch outdoor campaigns, festive campaigns, tactical promotions, and corporate

branding initiatives.

Coordinate with digital marketing and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
