Role Description The Field Collection Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supervising and guiding a team of field collection executives. The role involves planning daily collection activities, assigning and reviewing targets, and monitoring performance and compliance with collection policies and regulatory guidelines.



The Team Leader will handle escalated customer interactions, support resolution of complex debt cases, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all collection activities. This position also requires collaborating with finance and operations teams, analyzing collection data to improve strategies, and coaching team members through regular feedback and training to achieve collection goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection and Finance skills to manage field collections, understand repayment structures, and support compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
