IT Project Manager – Solid Business Analysis Background (SDLC + AI-Driven Development)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development initiatives with a strong emphasis on Business Analysis. This role is responsible for driving successful project delivery through effective SDLC governance while enabling teams to leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, excellent business analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
Define, manage, and control project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements using industry-standard business analysis techniques.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including:
Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
User Stories
Use Cases
Process Flows
Data Models
Ensure complete traceability between business requirements and technical deliverables.
Manage cross-functional teams comprising software developers, QA engineers, AI tooling specialists, data engineers, and operations teams.
Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled development practices to enhance engineering productivity and software quality.
Act as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Lead, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and removing delivery impediments.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing scope changes through established
