PRODUCT OWNER

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Product Owners to help deliver on our product objectives and roadmaps. Product Owners are responsible for delivering product outcomes and functionality that meet customer and user needs. They translate product vision and insights into prioritized features and user stories,



developed by their agile team of 8–10 members.

This role collaborates with Candescent clients and Product Managers to identify and prioritize requirements for enhancements to the Banking Platform. Product Owners also work with the Product Advisory Council, participating in user group discussions and presenting both strategic and tactical functionality. Additional responsibilities include release planning, product roadmap maintenance, and backlog grooming for assigned Candescent Banking Services initiatives.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Lead efforts to define specific functions, integration requirements, user experiences, and deployment strategies for delivery to both the company and market
Develop, shape, and refine user stories, problem statements, and acceptance criteria to ensure efficient and effective team consumption
Collaborate with the broader product organization to ensure integration across all Candescent Dig
