Perform core microbiology techniques, aseptic work, culture handling, and fermentation support
Conduct efficacy testing for home & personal care, biocide, and microbiome applications
Support formulation evaluation across microbiome, crop health, pest, and agriculture applications
Support development and optimization of microbiological test methods under scientific guidance.
Maintain lab compliance, biosafety, equipment validation, and documentation
Provide technical support and assist training on lab equipment and procedures
Experience / Skills
Specific Education Master’s/ Ph.D degree in Microbiology
Work Experience 3 to 6 Years
Special Skills Robust hands-on experience in microbiological techniques including media preparation, culture handling, aseptic practices, fermentation support, and efficacy testing using industry-standard methods. Ability to support formulation evaluation and develop or optimize microbiological testing methods across home & personal care, biocide, microbiome, and agriculture-related applications. Proficiency in English communication and operating, maintaining, and validating laboratory equipment while ensuring biosafety compliance and accurate technical documentation.
