Role Purpose – The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent while ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
In addition, you are responsible for driving the organization’s HR digital transformation by managing HR technology platforms, optimizing HR processes, enabling automation, ensuring data integrity, and delivering technology solutions that enhance employee and HR experiences.

Key Responsibilities –
Compensation role:
Develop and execute organization’s compensation philosophy aligned with organization’s objectives
Support annual compensation review cycles, including salary revisions, promotions and variable pay payouts
Design and maintain salary structures, grading framework and pay ranges
Prepare agenda papers, presentations and supporting documentation / notes for Board and Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) meetings related to compensation
Liaison with Company Secretary,



HR leadership, Finance to ensure timely submission of Board and NRC materials
Ensure compensation practices comply with applicable Labor Codes and state-specific minimum wages notifications
Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate computation of statutory wage components
Monitor wage costs, compensation trends, prepare annual budgets

HR Technology role:
Develop and execute the HR technology roadmap aligned with business and HR strategy.
Identify opportunities to digitize and automate HR processes.
Evaluate and implement recent HR technology solutions
Oversee system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and releases and ensure system stability, performance, and scalability.
Automate HR workflows across the employee lifecycle
Liaison with in-house technology team and vendors to implement technology solutions, workflows and integrations
