Role Summary

The Engineering Manager / AI Delivery Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for owning end-to-end delivery of AI-driven initiatives within Lumen's FinTech organization. Based in India, this leader will build, manage, and mentor a team of 5–10 engineers, translating complex business problems into actionable technical blueprints and prioritized delivery plans. The role demands a strong blend of technical depth and people leadership, operating in a fast-paced, cross-regional workplace with stakeholders spanning India and North America. The ideal candidate thrives on driving clarity from ambiguity, establishing engineering standards,



and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring that AI-powered solutions are delivered on time, at scale, and with enterprise-grade quality.

Responsibilities

Own delivery of AI-driven initiatives end-to-end, from planning through execution to production deployment.
Translate business problems into technical blueprints, prioritized backlogs, and actionable delivery plans.
Provide technical oversight for architecture, security, scalability, and reliability of all team deliverables.
Build, coach, and mentor a team of engineers at varying experience levels, fostering professional growth and accountability.
Partner with stakeholders across finance, IT, security, and leadership functions in both India and North America.
